Horse head Cupcakes

Cut Bugles to size for horse's ears.

Frost cupcake (if doing a stripe on the face, do the strip first).  Frost Bugle that has been cut, and frost the Vanilla Wafer (or Pepp. Pattie) that will be used for the nose.

Place Ears and nose on “horse’s head” and touch-up frosting.

For eyes, using the small round decorating tip, place small circles of white frosting for the whites of the eye then place mini M&M in the middle.

For nose, place 2 dark brown mini M&M’s on for nostrils.

For the hoses mane use either the small star tip or the multi-opening tip.

On the horses below, the mane on the tan horse was done with the small star.

The mane’s brown horse and the blue horse were done with the multi-opening tip.
